• Points System Overview
  
  The points system is designed to increase user engagement through shopping, registration, reviews, and other activities, providing rewards to users in the form of points. Below is a detailed guide on how to earn and use points, as well as other related rules.

• Points Getting Rules

  • Registration Points:
    New users receive 50 points immediately upon successful registration and record with our customer service
    
    
  • Shopping Points:
    Customers earn 1 point for every $1 spent. (Please be sure the account you use for every orders are the same)
    
    
  • Review Points:
    • Write a valid review on our Trustpilot earn 100 points. (Show us your screenshot)(Only get once)
    • After purchasing a product, earn 50 points for writing each valid review on our web.
      
      
  • Sharing Points:
    
    • Follow whichever of our social account to earn 50 points. (Only get once)
    • Earn 50 points by creating promotional videos/repost our posts on social media. If the video reaches 2,000 views, receive an additional 200 points.
      (The maximum points that can be earned through sharing each month is 1,000 points)
      
      
  • Referral Points:
    Earn 300 points by successfully recommending a new user to use your discount code and complete their first purchase. The referred user will receive an additional 100 points.
    
    

• Points Usage
  All redeemed products must be shipped with an order
  
  
  • Privileges:
    Accumulate points to unlock additional exclusive privileges:
    
    
    
  • Discount Redemption:
    Points can be redeemed for cash discounts on the next purchase. 200 points can be redeemed for $5 off. (Contact Customer Service before ordering)
    
    
  • Gift Redemption:
    Points can be used to redeem items from the points store >> Go to see
    
    

• Points Expiration and Activation Policy
  
  
  • Customer service will remind you via email or text message one month before your points expire.
    
    
  • Accounts with no point-earning activity for 12 months will be considered inactive, and all points will be cleared.
    
    
  • Points earned from a purchase will be deducted if the product is returned.
